Level 1 refresher day in Antwerp

Saturday February 3rd, 2024 (9:00-17:30)

For any level 1 graduates who would like to practice and refine their skills of the level 1 sequence. To feel more confident and inspired to share the practice with others. Come and join us! We will come together to share and blow onto the fire of this likehearted community.

This day will include:
- Explorative movement session to warm and connect to our bodies
- Morning Tea (herbal teas and fresh fruit)
- Hearty lunch
- 90mins - Level 1 Sequence in a guided flow
- Give and receive the full sequence
